BBC Sport online, Europe's biggest website, has named a new editor today - Stuart Rowson.
Rowson is sports editor of the Hull Daily Mail and a former football writer for the Grimsby Evening Telegraph.
He takes over from Lewis Wiltshire, who is going to be editor of the BBC's Olympics website.

Strange that no-one else, anywhere, not even in Portsmouth, acknowledges any news of this takeover. Is this just website/tabloid spin simply to fill column inches on a slow news day! More than likely!
